Georgia edge rusher Damon Wilson committed to Missouri Tuesday after entering the transfer portal earlier this month.
Wilson departing Athens was considered a surprise since he was expected to be a starter next season. Choosing Misosuri was another surprise as the On3 projections were 99.9 percent for Wilson to land at Ohio State.
During his two years in Athens, the former five-star registered 26 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks. He is the fifth-ranked player in the transfer portal and the No. 1 EDGE among transfers. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
