Auburn running back Commit Alvin Henderson made history Friday night in what would end up being the highest scoring high school football game in Alabama history. Henderson finished the night with 40 carries for 435 a–wait for it–ten Touchdowns!
He set an Alabama high school state record for rushing touchdowns and points scored in a game.
But, despite that performance, he and his Elba Tigers lost 80-78.
Here’s to hoping Alvin gets some much needed rest this weekend, and that everyone on Elba’s defense gets sent home by the school nurse before film study. Sheesh.
