By the Numbers: The SEC in the NFL Draft

The NFL Draft is just a little over 24 hours away, and the SEC, once again, leads the way in mocks, projections, and potential picks.
This year’s draft will be held Thursday through Sunday in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As of Wednesday, the projected number of first round picks is at 14.5 for the SEC. No other conference is even projected to be in the double digits.

To say the SEC has dominated the NFL Draft is the understatement of the century. The SEC has had the most NFL Draft picks for 18 consecutive years. More so, they have had the most first round picks in 13 of the last 14 years.
