Cam Jordan wants Saints to draft Big 12 standout

By Ross Jackson
New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan never shies away from a chance to express himself. It’s part of the formula that has made him a fan favorite as he returns for season No. 15.
One of his latest social media takes was on the NFL Draft and where the Saints should invest. After an offseason spent celebrating the team’s investment in the defensive trenches, it was an offensive playmaker drawing the eyes of the Saints’ defensive end.
In response to a fan on X asking him who the Saints should select at No. 9 overall, Jordan simply replied “I mean if you askin,” while posting a gif of Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan making one of his many career spectacular catches.

The Saints absolutely want to add more talent to their wide receiver room, and McMillan would be an excellent addition to complement the speed of their existing room. Young wideouts Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed have playmaking ability as vertical threats and a big-bodied pass catcher like McMillan would be a tremendous addition to the room.
At pick No. 9 in the first round, the Arizona wide receiver is certainly in range for New Orleans.
The 6-foot-4, 219-pound pass-catcher had 84 receptions, 1,319 receiving yards and 8 touchdown catches in 2024. He led the Big 12 in yards receiving.
