Nick Saban sounds off on NIL, says federal legislation needed

The panel on College Gameday weighed in on NIL and how it’s impacting the ever-changing landscape of college football.
Former head coach Nick Saban spoke for roughly a minute on the topic and brought up one suggestion that has been very polarizing with fans, media, and seemingly everyone else – federal legislation.
“I actually think there needs to be some type of federal legislation,” Saban said. “You know, right now we have, every state has a different law about how you can manage your college program.”
