Oddsmakers name Glenn favorite to become Saints coach

Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn is now the favorite (-200) to become the New Orleans Saints head coach, according to new odds from BetOnline.ag. He leaps Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady, who is now second on the list at 2-to-1.
Both Glenn and Brady have coached in New Orleans in the past. Glenn was the team’s defensive backs coach from 2016-2020 while Brady was an offensive assistant for two seasons in 2017-2018.
Another former Saints assistant, Mike McCarthy, who was fired by the Dallas Cowboys Monday, is tied with Washington offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury for the fourth-best odds, just behind Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who sits at +650.
The Saints are looking to replace Dennis Allen who was fired amid a seven-game losing streak during his third season at the helm in New Orleans.
