Oklahoma Announces Record Total of Booster Donations

Oklahoma and Texas officially joined the Southeastern Conference on July 1.

It was announced early Tuesday that in the fiscal year leading up to their transition from the Big 12 to the SEC, the Sooners raised over $100 million in athletic donations from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.

Athletic Director Joe Castiglione announced in a statement Tuesday morning that the Sooners were able to collect a record-setting $110.3 million from boosters and donors.

Oklahoma’s first SEC football contest will come September 21 when a familiar face patrols the visiting sideline. Former Sooner and national championship quarterback, Josh Huepel, will lead the Tennessee Volunteers into Memorial Stadium.
