Report: Adebo agrees to multi-year deal with Giants

By Ross Jackson
NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Saints are set to see one of their first big-named departures. Terms of the deal have been disputed.
Per NFL Media’s Mike Garafolo, Saints cornerback Paulson Adebo is headed to the New York Giants on a three-year, $30 million deal.

Adam Schefter reported the deal worth $34.75 million.
Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.football reported a much higher number, $54 million over three years.
This is a big loss for New Orleans who have now lost both of their starting cornerbacks from Week One of the 2024 season. The team traded away corner Marshon Lattimore ahead of the trade deadline and now Adebo departs for the Giants.
Now, New Orleans is sure to be looking for another starting-caliber cornerback to add to Alontae Taylor and Kool-Aid McKinstry. One name to keep an eye on will be defensive coordinator Brandon Staley’s former defender Asante Samuel Jr.
