The New Orleans Saints have made another key addition to their offensive staff, hiring Philadelphia Eagles assistant offensive line coach and run game specialist T.J. Paganetti, a proven architect of successful ground attacks, Per Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football.
Paganetti has been with the Eagles since 2017, with an earlier stint as an analyst in 2013 and 2014. He has a wide-ranging berth of experience having coached a range of offensive linemen, running backs and tight ends while having also worked with quarterbacks and wide receivers.
A major contributor to Philadelphia’s dominant run game, Paganetti is expected to play a crucial role in shaping New Orleans’ ground attack. With new head coach Kellen Moore’s previous success in balanced ground games, this hire could go a long way to finding more immediate success.
