Saints to host top-10 NFL Draft WR Tetairoa McMillan

A big pre-draft visit is on the way for the New Orleans Saints. Per KPRC’s Aaron Wilson, the team will host wide receiver and potential top-10 draft pick Tetairoa McMillan.
The 6-foot-4 and 219 pound wideout was a dominant force for the Arizona Wildcats and promised to be a game-changer in the pros.
He totaled 84 receptions for 1,319 receiving yards and a whopping eight touchdown catches in 2024. That year followed up a 90 catch, 10 reception season in 2023.
McMillan has seen some scrutiny because of a three-year old video resurfacing in which he mentioned that he doesn’t watch tape by himself. However, the video looks to have very little impact on his actual outlook and the way that NFL teams are considering him.
More than likely, his study habits have shifted over time. Which led to his 18 touchdown reception output over the last two seasons.
The Saints desperately need a big-bodied wide receiver to help complement their speedy options already on the roster. Wideouts Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, and Brandin Cooks all have the ability to stretch the field. McMillan would add a threatening option that defenses must account for at all three levels. His skills in the short, intermediate, and middle areas of the field would clearly bring another dimension to the Saints’ offense.
