Six Tigers make Kiper’s final Big Board

Mel Kiper has updated his final Big Board, ranking the top 150 prospects for this week’s NFL Draft and six LSU Tigers made the cut.
Will Campbell ranks as the ninth overall prospect in the Draft. The former five-star offensive tackle is projected by most oddsmakers to be taken No. 4 by New England. Campbell was a consensus All-American in 2024, starting all 38 games of his career at left tackle. There is some debate among NFL teams as to whether he will play tackle or guard at the next level.

Campbell was one of three offensive lineman on the list with Emery Jones at No. 85 and Miles Frazier not far behind at No. 106. Jones made 36 starts at right tackle over three seasons, but projects as a guard in the NFL. Frazier was a Freshman All-American at FIU before transferring to LSU in 2022. The versatile blocker made 50 career starts over five seasons, including 38 as a Tiger.

Best reps against Day 2 prospect Kyle Kennard & future potential top-10 Dylan Stewart. ‘23 tape better than ‘24 tape, but he’s become undervalued.

LSU’s all-time leading pass catcher among tight ends cracked the top 50. Mason Taylor checked in at No. 41 according to Kiper. A fast riser in draft circles, the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jason Taylor has even seen his name in the back of Round 1 is some mock drafts.
