Tigers Put Three on ESPN Top 100

Three LSU Tigers earned a spot on ESPN’s list of the Top 100 players in college football for 2024.

Junior offensive tackle Will Campbell was No. 6 on the list and the highest ranked offensive lineman.  LSU right tackle Emery Jones came in at No. 47.  The lone LSU defender to make the cut was linebacker Harold Perkins at No. 14.

The list was compiled by five EPSN college football experts over four rounds of voting.

Tennessee defensive end James Pearce, Jr. came in at No. 1.  Other SEC schools represented were Georgia (6), Alabama (5), Texas (4), Ole Miss (3).  Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas A&M had two apiece.

Ohio State led all schools with eight selections.
