Vols Flip 4 Star Bama Commit

Tennessee’s big recruiting weekend got even bigger as Josh Heupel and the Vols flipped 4 Star LB Jaedon Harmon from arch-rival Alabama. 

Harmon had been committed to Alabama since April but announced early Sunday that he had a change of heart. This came on the heels of the Vols landing #1 OT in the country David Sanders Jr on Saturday. Harmon, a 4 Star LB from Rome High School, is a Top 20 ranked player at his position as well as the state of Georgia, and he’s currently ranked the 155th overall player in the 2025 class in the 247Sports Composite. 

He’s the 23rd commitment for Josh Heupel in the ‘25 cycle and should all but guarantee a Top 10 recruiting class for the Vols.
